入选标准
- •All patients undergoing lower limb surgery at Sree Balaji Medical College & Hospital, Chromepet, Chennai.
- •1.ASA grade - I, II , III
- •2.Age between 15 & 55yrs
排除标准
- •1.Patient refusal.
- •2.ASA grade â?? IV
- •3.Patients with complications like severe anaemia, hypovolemia, septicemia, shock, spinal column abnormalities, previous spine surgery.
- •4.Any contraindication to regional anaesthesia and with a known history of allergy to local anaesthetics / radioâ??opaque dye.
- •5.Bleeding disorders or on anticoagulant therapy, Congential or acquired coagulation disorders.
