Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients of either sex with age limit 18 to 45 years.
2.American Society of Anesthesiologists(ASA)-I and II
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension
2. ASA -III, IV,V,VI.
3. Pregnant females..
4. Patient with neurological or psychiatric illness, chronic pain disorder, peripheral vascular disease, ischaemic heart disease.
5. Patient with autonomic dysfunction or on drugs which affect autonomic dysfunction.
6. Allergy to any drug used in the study. 7. Haemodynamic unstable Patients.
8. Patients who refuse to give consent.
9. Patients below 18 years and above 45 years.
