Inclusion Criteria
–Having children currently attending elementary school
–Depression Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9) scores of = 4 or =19
–Voluntarily signing of the consent form for clinical research
–Willingness to cooperate during the research period and comply with restrictions
Exclusion Criteria
–Mental illness and difficulty in communication
–Difficulty in communication due to being unconscious or critically ill patients
–Conditions related to mental health requiring medications
–Pregnancy
–Participation in other clinical trials
– Conditions that may affect the evaluation of this study according to the researcher's judgment for reasons other than those listed above
