Inclusion Criteria

1. Females between 25 and 44 years of age and were diagnosed with infertility
2. No prior history of surgical procedures related to infertility treatment (a) Those with a history of surgical procedures (b) Those who meet the following conditions:
(a) Those without history of surgical procedures but has an antral follicle count (AFC) of less than 4 or an anti-müllerian hormone (AMH) level of less than 1.0 ng/mL in both ovarian confirmed through ultrasonographic examination.
(b) Those with history of surgical procedures but has an antral follicle count (AFC) of less than 4 or an anti-müllerian hormone (AMH) level of less than 1.0 ng/mL in both ovarian confirmed using ultrasonography
3. Those who failed to achieve a clinical pregnancy after 1 year and above of unprotected sexual intercourse (6 months for female aged 35 and above)
4. Those who voluntarily provide written informed consent to participate in the study.
5. Those who agree to comply with the study regulations and retain a trust relationship between participant and researcher

Exclusion Criteria

1. Those with irregular menstrual cycle of less than 21 days or more than 40 days
2. Those who take antidepressants, anti-serotonin, antipsychotics, or other anti-psychiatric drugs.
3. Those who have received hormone therapy within 6 months
4. Those who have participated in other clinical trials within the past 6 months
