1. Males and females aged 19 to under 65
2. Participants diagnosed with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder by a structured clinical interview (SCID-5, Structured Clinical Interview for DSM-5)
3. PC-PTSD-5 3 or higher
4. Participants who voluntarily agreed to participate in the study
1. Participants with severe mental illness
-Current or past history of delusions or hallucinations
-Current or past history of manic episodes
-High risk of suicide
2. Participants who have participated in other clinical studies in the past month
3. Participants who are determined to be unsuitable for the study by the investigator
