Inclusion Criteria
Isolated proximal phalangeal base fracture
Injury less than 7 days
Exclusion Criteria
open fracture, Gustilo II and III
Neurovascular injury
Adjacent finger injury
Ipsilateral limb fracture
Severe articular comminution (more than 3 fragments)
Injury more than 7 days (unable to close reduction)
Pre-injury finger stiffness
Uncontrolled diabetic mellitus
Multiple trauma/ head injury thats interfere rehabilitation
