• - Blijvende dentitie aanwezig van tenminste eerste molaar tot eerste molaar

• - Vestibulaire vaste apparatuur geïndiceerd in beide kakekn

• - Bonding geïndiceerd van tenminste tweede premolaar tot tweede premolaar

Exclusion Criteria

• - Agenesieën

• - Extracties geïndiceerd

• - (Pre)molaar banden geïndiceerd

• - Syndromen of glazuurafwijkingen aanwezig
