patients with confirmed diagnosis of stable angina
significant stenosis more than 70% in at least one the coronary arteries
chronic coronary syndrome
no evidence or history of autoimmune or acute inflammatory disease or consumption of immunologic drugs
no evidence or history of psychosis or consumption of psychological drugs

ICAM concentration. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and immediately after the training and 4 weeks after the course. Method of measurement: ICAM concentration measured using ELISA kit.;VCAM concentration. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and immediately after the training and 4 weeks after the course. Method of measurement: VCAM concentration measured using ELISA kit.;Quality of Life (EQ-5D).
