Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Age 18\-55 years
- •Level of injury\- above T12 spinal level.
- •AIS\- A,B,C,D
- •Traumatic and Non\-traumatic SCI
- •Neurogenic detrusor overactivity as evident in the urodynamic study
- •Willing to follow all instructions and study related procedures
Exclusion Criteria
- •Individuals in spinal shock phase.
- •Individuals with posterior tibial nerve injury
- •Individuals with active symptomatic urinary tract infection during time of study
- •Poor Bladder compliance \<10 ml/cmH2O
- •Individuals with any other neurological conditions leading to NDO eg: Multiple Sclerosis etc
