Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\) Meets the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine; 2\) Meets the diagnostic criteria for traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation (including Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome, damp heat affecting the joints syndrome, cold dampness affecting the joints syndrome, deficiency of the liver and kidney syndrome, and Qi and blood deficiency syndrome); 3\) The main complaint is pain, and the degree of pain is moderate or above (VAS \= 4\); 4\) Age range from 38 to 70 years old, regardless of gender; 5\) Patients who volunteered to participate in this study. Those who meet the above four conditions simultaneously will be included.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\) Patients with a history of knee joint surgery; 2\) Severe primary diseases and psychiatric patients with combined cardiovascular, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic systems; 3\) Other diseases that affect the knee joint, such as knee joint tumors, rheumatoid arthritis, gout, etc.; 4\) Pregnant or lactating women; 5\) Severe stenosis of lower limb arteries. Those who meet any of the above 5 criteria will be excluded.
