Inclusion Criteria
•Patients of either sex with presenting symptoms of cervical spondylosis and fulfilling the diagnostic criteria.
•Age group between 18 years to 60 years.
•Clinical symptoms with or without radiological.
Exclusion Criteria
•Stenosis of the spinal canal.
•Cervical injury.
•Myelopathy.
•Autoimmune/ inflammatory diseases- Rheumatoid arthritis, SLE, Ankylosing spondylitis etc.
•Any acute or chronic systemic disease.
•Pregnant lady and lactating mother.
