1. Patients with decayed teeth in maxillary or mandibular molars only.
2. Patients with a history of spontaneous pain.
3. Pain with necrotic pulp tissue.
4. Pain with gingival abscess.
5. Patients with extra oral swelling with the underlying cause of decayed teeth.
6. Patients with furcational radiolucency.
1. Patients with caries lesions involving enamel and dentin only.
2. Patients with gross tooth structure loss, where the pulpectomy is contraindicated.
3. The patients with the succedaneous teeth with more than 2/3rd of root development.
4. Teeth with decay involving more than two surfaces.
5. Specially challenged children will be excluded.
6. Patients with history of chronic systemic diseases.
