Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients of ASA physical status 1 and 2\. Patients able to comprehend and willing to participate. Patients scheduled for elective transurethral procedures.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patientâ??s refusal to participate. Patients with known contraindication or sensitivity to study drugs. Patients on concomitant analgesic, sedative medication, or chronic use of an α\-agonist. Patients with chronic renal insufficiency, liver dysfunction, psychiatric or emotional disorders, respiratory disorders, sleep apnea, second or third degree heart block.
