1.Unexplained sudden sensorineural hearing loss, which is defined as a
sensorineural hearing loss of at least 30 dB at 3 contiguous frequencies over a period
of <_3 days; Unilateral/bilateral
2. Normal tympanic membrane on otoendoscopy
3. No history of ear disease in the affected ear
4.Age 18-50 years
1.Patients with conductive HL, mixed HL or other causes of sensori-neural hearing loss.
2.Patients with perforated ear drum
3.Age <18 years and > 50 yrs
4. Operated ear
5. Individuals with a previous history of ear discharge

Name Time Method Hearing gain reporting as per American Association of Otorhinolaryngology-Head Neck Surgery guidelines with PTA at 0.5-,1-,2- and 3KHz and recovery outcome using modified Siegleâ??s criteria.Timepoint: follow up at 2nd and 4th week
