入选标准
- •Patient undergoing surgery for gastrointestinal (G.I) malignancy (upper G.I, lower G.I, hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgeries ) with or without history of NACT/RT (neo adjuvant chemotherapy and radiotherapy) in the past, of age 18-70years, ASA grade 1-3
排除标准
- •1. Patients with documented delayed gastric
- •emptying or slow G.I motility
- •2. Obesity
- •3. Emergency surgeries and Palliative surgeries
- •4. Gastric outlet obstruction (G.O.O)
- •5. Patients undergoing surgery for recurrence
- •6. Patient refusal
