• Elective unilateral total hip arthroplasty due to osteoarthritis
• Age from 18 to 65 years
• Moves without assistive devices
• ASA 1-2
• BMI = 20-35.
• Refusal of the patient to participate in the study
• The patient does not understand the essence of the study
• Allergy to the medications included in the study
• Addiction to opioid analgesics before surgery
• Poorly compensated comorbidities
• Blood coagulation disorders
• After surgery, it is not possible to transfer the patient to the postoperative observation ward
• Local complication during surgery

Name Time Method - HOOS, JR scale – number of points 6 weeks after surgery and change in number of points from the initial state the day before surgery.<br>- Satisfaction with treatment NRS from 0 to 10 on the day of discharge and 6 weeks after surgery.<br>- Pain NRS at rest and during movement on the day of discharge and 6 weeks after surgery.<br>- Morphine consumption on the day of surgery, on the first postoperative day, on the second postoperative day, and throughout the hospitalization period.
