简要总结
The study titled "Comparison of static versus dynamic cupping therapy on trigger points in calf muscles" aims to evaluate and compare the effectiveness of static and dynamic cupping techniques in treating latent trigger points in the calf muscles. In this randomized controlled trial, asymptomatic individuals aged 18–30 years with at least one latent trigger point in the calf region will be selected and divided into two groups. Group A will receive static cupping while Group B will receive dynamic cupping. The intervention will be assessed at three time points—baseline, immediately post-intervention, and after two days—using outcome measures. The study seeks to determine which cupping technique is more effective in improving trigger points, dorsiflexion range of motion, and lower limb power.
