Inclusion Criteria

Natural menopause
Being married
Having at least secondary educational level
Passing less than 10 years old from menopause
Achieving anxiety scores of 8-19 (mild, moderate and severe anxiety), depression score between 10-27 (mild, moderate and severe depression), stress score between 15-33 (mild, moderate and severe stress) based on the DASS questionnaire
Having a minimum of 45 years and a maximum of 60 years

Exclusion Criteria

Using of tobacco, alcoholic beverages and herbal medicines
Known systemic problems including cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, liver, blood, endocrine and .....
Using of any effective drug on hot flashes (clonidine, methyl dopa, gabapentin, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, norepinephrine inhibitors, Soy isoflavone
Achieve anxiety scores 8-19 (severe anxiety), depression score between 10-27 (severe depression), stress score between 15-33 (severe stress) based on DASS questionnaire
Participation in relaxation and yoga classes
Using of anti-anxiety drugs, including inderal and ...
Using of relaxing drinks including cinnamon and chamomile
