Natural menopause
Being married
Having at least secondary educational level
Passing less than 10 years old from menopause
Achieving anxiety scores of 8-19 (mild, moderate and severe anxiety), depression score between 10-27 (mild, moderate and severe depression), stress score between 15-33 (mild, moderate and severe stress) based on the DASS questionnaire
Having a minimum of 45 years and a maximum of 60 years
Using of tobacco, alcoholic beverages and herbal medicines
Known systemic problems including cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, liver, blood, endocrine and .....
Using of any effective drug on hot flashes (clonidine, methyl dopa, gabapentin, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, norepinephrine inhibitors, Soy isoflavone

Method of measurement: Menopause Quality of Life Questionnaire (MENQOL).;Sleep quality of postmenopausal women.
