Inclusion Criteria
Edentulous in both arches; Both sexes; All patients should have been rehabilitated with conventional dentures at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte; users of new conventional dentures, with at least two (2) months of use and a maximum of one (1) year.
Exclusion Criteria
Presence of these conditions: diabetes, smoking, osteoporosis and immunodeficiency; have undergone radiation therapy to the head and neck; be treated with some anticoagulant therapy; younger than 18 years; torque of the implant less than 45Ncm.
