1) Age: 30-80 years old, gender not limited, Western medical diagnostic standards refer to the brain bank of British Parkinson's disease association

2) The diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) are in line with the Chinese medicine for the elderly formulated by the Geriatrics Association of the all China Association of traditional Chinese medicine in 1992
Criteria for diagnosis and evaluation of curative effect of NYF syndrome;
3) Patients with middle and late stage PD with Hoehn Yahr grade between 2.5 and 5;
4) Item 6 of Part II of the Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale (UPDRS ? - 6)
PD patients with a median salivary secretion score of 3 or 4, that is, those with obvious salivary symptoms.
1) Secondary Parkinson's syndrome;
2) Accompanied by other serious central nervous system diseases;
3) Patients with serious heart, lung and kidney diseases or multiple organ failure;
4) Mental patients;
5) Those with a history of drug abuse or alcohol abuse;
6) Pregnant and lactating women.
