Patient Admitted and diagnosed as having Chronic Otitis Media Squamous type undergoing Modified Radical Mastoidectomy with ossiculoplasty , Patient with isolated Conductive Hearing Loss
Exclusion Criteria
Patient with intracranial Complication and with uncontrolled comorbidities like asthma, diabetes, hypertension,anemia
