入选标准
- •1.Presence of trigger points, especially in the upper trapezius muscle. Diagnosed with Myofascial Pain Syndrome (MPS) by a rehabilitation medicine physician.
- •2.Pain intensity level of 5 or higher on a scale of 0-10.
- •3.Age 18 and above.
- •4.No communication barriers.
- •5.Willing to participate in the research.
排除标准
- •1.History of cancer-related pain.
- •2.Pain related to abnormalities in the nervous system, such as nerve compression in the neck or wrist, and brachial plexus injuries.
- •3.Infection in the treatment area.
- •4.History of easy bleeding.
- •5.Conditions affecting learning and memory.
