Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •All newborns less than 32 weeks of gestational age will be recruited
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Major congenital malformation (cyanotic congenital heart disease, suspected genetic disorders, structural diseases affecting lung function (congenital diaphragmatic hernia).
- •2\. Suspected Inborn errors of metabolism
- •3\. Extramural preterm babies admitted in the unit after 24 hours of birth
- •4\. Suspected muscular dystrophy or neurological disease that may affect lung development or function
