Inclusion Criteria
All children between 1 and 6 years of age posted for elective infra umbilical surgeries
Exclusion Criteria
Study exclusion criteria includes children with a history of developmental delay or mental retardation, a known or suspected coagulopathy; a known allergy to any of the study drugs; and any signs of infection at the site of the proposed caudal block, emergency surgery,ASA 3 or 4,Preop gcs <14/15.
