- •Women of age group 19-30 years
- •Women who delivered thoroughly LSCS and FTND
- •Women with IRD ââ?°Â¥ 2.2cm ( Women with Diastasis recti)
- •Women without IRD < 2.2cm ( women without diastasis recti)
- •Primi-gravida and multigravida
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ Women till postpartum 1 year

- •Women with prior history of any respiratory, cardiovascular diseases
- •Multiple pregnancy
- •Women with Hydrominos
- •Women with anemia
- •Those on chronic therapy for any other ailment
