Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Obese adult women having BMI 30kg/m2 and above.
  • •\-Individuals without respiratory complaints like cough, shortness of breath, wheezes, fever or history of upper and lower respiratory tract infection past 4 weeks.
  • •\-Healthy non obese women having BMI 18 to 24\.9 kg/m2\.
  • •\-Individuals who are willing to participate in study.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Individuals with respiratory diseases such as pulmonary tuberculosis, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
  • •Individuals with history of any respiratory diseases.
  • •Subjects associated with any regular fitness activity.
  • •Obese females who underwent any cardiothoracic surgeries.
  • •Individuals having severe chest deformities or serious medical conditions.
  • •Patients of diabetes and hypertension.
  • •Individuals with lower limb musculoskeletal disorders.
