Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Obese adult women having BMI 30kg/m2 and above.
- •\-Individuals without respiratory complaints like cough, shortness of breath, wheezes, fever or history of upper and lower respiratory tract infection past 4 weeks.
- •\-Healthy non obese women having BMI 18 to 24\.9 kg/m2\.
- •\-Individuals who are willing to participate in study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Individuals with respiratory diseases such as pulmonary tuberculosis, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
- •Individuals with history of any respiratory diseases.
- •Subjects associated with any regular fitness activity.
- •Obese females who underwent any cardiothoracic surgeries.
- •Individuals having severe chest deformities or serious medical conditions.
- •Patients of diabetes and hypertension.
- •Individuals with lower limb musculoskeletal disorders.
