入选标准
- •This trial does not aim to recruit any new subjects, but rather to contact and reassess previously included study participants.
- •1) Schizophrenic spectrum disorder (ICD-F2x, verified using the MINI)
- •2) Ability to consent
排除标准
- •1) Intelligence: IQ < 70, measured with a vocabulary test (WST)
- •2) Rating for uncooperative behaviour and hostility = 5 on the PANSS scale (range: 1-7; G8, P7)
- •3) Acute suicidality
- •4) Current substance and alcohol dependence, except tobacco (i.e. abstinence < 6 months; substance and alcohol abuse are tolerated)
- •5) neurological or medical disease that may cause the psychotic symptoms
- •6) Participation in MCT+ within the last 12 months
- •7) Insufficient knowledge of German for participation in MCT+
- •8) insufficient testability
