Inclusion Criteria

Patients of either sex of ASA grade I or II of age >18 years for laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anaesthesia.

Exclusion Criteria

1 who refuse to sign the consent

2 having allergic history to any drug

3 who are unable to understand VAS

4 drug addicts and psychiatric patients

5 duration of surgery more than 90 minutes

6 empyema gall bladder / complicated cholecystitis(If drain is kept in gall bladder fossa)
