- •The inclusion criteria: patients are who were operated with clinical diagnosis of appendicitis by surgeons. exclusion criteria: Patients with complicated appendicitis (perforated and peritonitis); The underlying diseases (diabetes mellitus, acquired or intrinsic Immunodeficiency); immunosuppressive drugs; inability to follow patients.
