Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1 Meeting the ICHD 3 criteria for chronic migraine
- •2 Headache history \>3 months
- •3 Willing to complete daily diary
- •4 Willing to take medication for 45 days
Exclusion Criteria
- •1 Age below 20 and above 60 years
- •2 Marked depression anxiety and psychosis
- •3 Major medical illness under treatment
- •4 Pregnancy
- •5 Use of any alternative medication during the study period
- •6 Patient suffering from secondary causes of headache
