Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1 Meeting the ICHD 3 criteria for chronic migraine
  • •2 Headache history \>3 months
  • •3 Willing to complete daily diary
  • •4 Willing to take medication for 45 days

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1 Age below 20 and above 60 years
  • •2 Marked depression anxiety and psychosis
  • •3 Major medical illness under treatment
  • •4 Pregnancy
  • •5 Use of any alternative medication during the study period
  • •6 Patient suffering from secondary causes of headache
