1) Age 20 or older at the time consent is obtained
2) Male or female resident in Japan
3) Inpatient or outpatient: outpatient
4) Patients who meet the criteria for chronic kidney disease
5) Urine protein level of 1 g/gCre or more for two consecutive urine tests at any time in an outpatient setting.
6) Independent in activities of daily living (ADL) (including walking with a cane)
7) Patients who can give written consent for participation of their own free will
8) Patients who understand and can perform the training on their own.
1) Patients who cannot give their consent
2) Patients on dialysis or renal transplant patients
3) Patients with eGFR (Cre) less than 8 or requiring dialysis induction within 3 months
4) Medically unstable patients (uncontrolled hypertension (blood pressure > 180/100 mmHg), congestive heart failure, active myocarditis/pericarditis, arrhythmia, etc.)
5) Patients with impaired mobility due to mental and physical problems
6) Patients who have participated in a structured exercise program within the past 6 months
7) Patients taking steroids
8) Patients who are deemed unsuitable as subjects by the principal investigator (subinvestigator)
