Inclusion Criteria
Patients who are presenting to the department with AMI and are undergoing primary PCI
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with HCM
Patients with Valvular heart disease or prosthetic valve
Patients with Coronary AV fistula
Previous coronary artery bypass surgery or stenting between 12 months
Late presenting to the hospital after 24 hours of onset of symptom
