Brief Summary

This study is a randomized clinical trial comparing the effectiveness of Stabilization exercises versus Plyometrics exercises on swimming performance. Intervention will be given for 4 days a week for a period of 4 weeks. The primary outcome measures will be taken before the intervention and post intervention results will be noted.

Inclusion Criteria
  • Inclusion criteria Swimmers without trauma.
  • Those willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
  • Exclusion criteria History of injury in past.
  • (Fracture, Dislocation or subluxation of either of the shoulder).
  • Associated neurological symptoms like Thoracic outlet syndrome, Cervicogenic pain radiating to upper limbs etc...
  • Handicap swimmers.
