- Brief Summary
This study is a randomized clinical trial comparing the effectiveness of Stabilization exercises versus Plyometrics exercises on swimming performance. Intervention will be given for 4 days a week for a period of 4 weeks. The primary outcome measures will be taken before the intervention and post intervention results will be noted.

Inclusion Criteria
- Inclusion criteria Swimmers without trauma.
- Those willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
- Exclusion criteria History of injury in past.
- (Fracture, Dislocation or subluxation of either of the shoulder).
- Associated neurological symptoms like Thoracic outlet syndrome, Cervicogenic pain radiating to upper limbs etc...
- Handicap swimmers.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1.Critical Swim Speed Test – To assess the swimming Velocity. Before the intervention and after 4 weeks of intervention. 2.Time to Recovery – To assess endurance capacity Before the intervention and after 4 weeks of intervention.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 3.Range of Motion – To assess the degree of freedom of joint using Universal Goniometer. Before the intervention and after 4 weeks of intervention.
