(1) 19 - 80 years old
(2) Patients who were diagnosed with gastric adenoma or early gastric cancer and who underwent endoscopic submucosal dissection
(3) Patients without metastasis to other sites other than stomach
(4) Patients who did not had an endoscope directly the endoscopist (will be endoscopic submucosal dissection)
(5) Patients who agreed with the explanation of the study
(1) Severe systemic or coagulopathic disorders
(2) Had previous endoscopic treatment with gastric tumor
(3) Patients who are pregnant or lactating
(4) When taking antiplatelet or anticoagulant
(5) Patients with a history of gastrectomy
