•Patients having chief complaint of regular/irregular menstrual cycle with bleeding more than 7days and/or PBAC Score more than 100.
•Females of age group between 40 to 55 yrs.
•Women with Hb more than or equal to 8 gm percent
•On USG (TVS/Abd), hyperplasia of endometrium- The cut-off values for perimenopausal women will be (endometrial thickness) more than or equal to 8 mm on 8th to 11th day of menstrual cycle.
•If the patients had their last menstruation within 12 months but forgot their exact last menstrual period (LMP) or could not expect their next menstruation date, then cut-off value will be more than or equal to 8 mm.

•Patient age of less than 40 years and more than 55 years.
•Women with Hb less than 8gm percent.
•K/C of Bleeding disorders like Hemophilia, Von Willebrand disease, Thrombocytopinia.
•Congenital anomaly of reproductive tract.
•Known Patients of cervical polyp, endometriosis, tubo-ovarian mass, pelvic inflammatory diseases and endometrial cancer.
•Suffering from chronic systemic diseases like, uncontrolled hypertension (Systolic blood pressure above 160 & Diastolic blood pressure above 100 mmhg), uncontrolled diabetes (above the range of 160 to 200 mg/dl (RBS).
•Patient not willing to participate.
