- •2.Pre-clinical medical Students in the age group of 18-22 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •1. Students who are regularly practicing yoga or any form of meditation.
- •2. History of smoking and consumption of alcohol.
- •3. Individuals with any other systemic disorders
