Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Aged between 18 and 70 years
- •2\. Having type 2 diabetes for at least 2 years
- •3\. Poor diabetes control (HbA1c \>8\.0mmol/l)
- •4\. BMI\= 25
- •5\. Self\-reported difficulty to follow a healthy diet;
- •6\. Being in general good health
- •7\. Treatment of diabetes by diet only or tablets
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Neurological and psychiatric disorders including eating disorders and clinical depression
- •2\. Alcohol and/or substance abuse
- •3\. Treatment by insulin, GLP\-1 or DPP\-4 inhibitors
