Inclusion Criteria
1) Patients aged above 18 and diagnosed as stroke
2) Patients agreed to take ESWT on ankle flexor spasticity more than Modified Ashworth Scale 1+
Exclusion Criteria
1) Patients with ankle contracture or severe inflammations
2) Patients who underwent botox or nerve block with phenol or alcohol within a month
3) Patients with previous history that affects ambulation (inable to ambulate or those with medical history or after the surgery that affects ambulation)
