Inclusion Criteria

(1) Breast cancer was diagnosed by pathological examination;
(2) Patients with indications for chemotherapy who intend to undergo chemotherapy with AC;
(3)The patients were 18-75 years old, had no vital organ dysfunction, and had an ECOG-PS score of 0-2;
(4) Estimated survival time > 6 months;
(5) Approved by the ethics committee, informed and voluntary to accept treatment, signed chemotherapy consent and informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

(1) Those who do not meet the criteria for inclusion;
(2) Vomiting from other causes prior to chemotherapy;
(3) Have mental illness;
(4) Patients and their family members do not agree to participate in this study, do not sign informed consent, poor compliance, cannot cooperate to complete this study;
(5) Patients who also participated in other clinical research topics;
(6) Patients with severe allergies to the study drugs (TCM, placebo, acupoint dressing, and 5-HT3RA);
(7) Pregnant or lactation patients;
(8) Change the chemotherapy regimen due to the progression of the disease during chemotherapy;
(9) Patients who received any antiemetic medication in the 24 hours prior to chemotherapy;
(10) Other circumstances that the project team deems necessary to exclude.
