Inclusion Criteria

(1) It meets the diagnostic criteria of cerebral infarction in western medicine and is anterior circulation infarction;
(2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of TCM apoplexy - phlegm and blood stasis;
(3) Onset 2 weeks to 1 month;
(4) Between the ages of 40 and 80, regardless of gender;
(5) Motor function rating scale FMA<=95;
(6) Those who agree to participate in this clinical trial and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

(1) Patients with brain parasitic diseases, brain trauma, brain tumors, hemorrhagic transformation after cerebral infarction, epilepsy and other diseases;
(2) Previous history of cerebrovascular disease, mRS score >=2 points before the onset of this disease;
(3) patients with severe liver and kidney diseases or abnormal liver and kidney function examination (ALT and AS>=1.5 ULN, Cr >1 ULN);
(4) Patients with other diseases that need to be treated with drugs similar to the experimental drugs;
(5) Patients with heart failure, advanced tumors, severe or progressive diseases of blood or other systems;
(6) Suspect or have a history of alcohol or drug abuse;
(7) Pregnant or lactating women or those who have recently had family planning;
(8) Allergic to this drug or to multiple drugs;
(9) Patients with severe cognitive decline, complete aphasia or even disturbance of consciousness.
