Patients undergoing laryngeal microscopic surgery or nasal bone reduction operation under general anesthesia
American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification system of I-II
Aged 20-60 years
Difficult intubation was anticipated
If patients had a neuromuscular disorder that could impair neuromuscular block
Significant renal or hepatic dysfunction
A (family) history of malignant hyperthermia
Allergy to narcotics,neuromuscular blocking agents, or other medication used during general anesthesia
Receiving medications expected to interfere with the neuromuscular blocking agents
