a)To observe postoperative oropharyngeal morbidities- cough, sore throat, hoarseness of voice and odynophagia; <br/ ><br>b) to note for total airway manuipulation time <br/ ><br>c) to note for hemodynamic changes during and after device insertionTimepoint: a) immediately after extubation, 24hours, 48hours, 76hours, 96hours <br/ ><br>b) time between taking airway device in hand and handing over the patient to the surgeon <br/ ><br>c)Every minute for six minutes before , during and after intubation
