Inclusion Criteria
140 ASA grade I-III female patients of age > 18 yrs with adequate communicating skills scheduled to undergo modified radical mastectomy for Ca breast will be enrolled in the study
Exclusion Criteria
patientâ??s refusal, BMI > 35kg/m2, coagulopathies, allergy to study drugs, peripheral neuropathy and or inability to answer pain questionnaires.
