Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Healthy football players both male and female of age 17\-35 training for at\-least 1 year or more than 1 year with minimum 2 hours/day for minimum 3 days/week of regular practise.
Exclusion Criteria
- •History of surgery to the lower extremity or history of a serious injury to the lower extremity (i.e. fracture) within the last 6 months.
- •Musculoskeletal disorders and pathological disorders affecting movement and function of the lower limb.
