Inclusion Criteria
- •Age: 35 and above
- •All genders
Exclusion Criteria
- •Pre\-existing lower limb and spine musculoskeletal injuries due to trauma
- •Congenital deformities
- •Cardio pulmonary and neurological conditions
- •Spinal surgery or any recent general surgery (in last 6 months)
- •Working part time in a different set up (additionally)
