1. Aged >18years;
2. Subacute patients diagnosed as DOC by CRS-R;
3. No nerve stimulating drugs were used within 48 hours before enrollment;
4. No neuromuscular blocker was used within 24 hours before enrollment;
5. No facial or ear pain, no recent ear trauma, no metal implants, including pacemakers, no pregnancy.
1. Personal or family history of epileptic seizures, history of cardiovascular disease, history of developmental neurological or psychiatric disease;
2. Untreated brain edema;
3. Metal implants in the body;
4. Unstable vital signs;
5. MRI scan contraindications: such as claustrophobia.
