入选标准
- •1. Willing to sign informed consent;
- •2. Aged 18 to 75 years, regardless of gender;
- •3. Meets IBS-C Rome IV diagnostic criteria.
排除标准
- •1. History of previous abdominal surgery related to IBS-C symptoms (except appendectomy);
- •2. Currently taking antidepressants, including tricyclic antidepressants and selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors;
- •3. Use of anticholinergics, antipsychotics or antispasmodics in the past 2 weeks;
- •4. Currently participating in another trial or in the past month;
- •5. Currently pregnant or planning to become pregnant;
- •6. Accompanied by severe heart, liver or kidney disease, or have diabetes;
- •7. Researchers do not consider it suitable for participants.
