Inclusion Criteria

1. Willing to sign informed consent;
2. Aged 18 to 75 years, regardless of gender;
3. Meets IBS-C Rome IV diagnostic criteria.

Exclusion Criteria

1. History of previous abdominal surgery related to IBS-C symptoms (except appendectomy);
2. Currently taking antidepressants, including tricyclic antidepressants and selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors;
3. Use of anticholinergics, antipsychotics or antispasmodics in the past 2 weeks;
4. Currently participating in another trial or in the past month;
5. Currently pregnant or planning to become pregnant;
6. Accompanied by severe heart, liver or kidney disease, or have diabetes;
7. Researchers do not consider it suitable for participants.
