- •planned pancreaticoduodenectomy for tumor or chronic pancreatitis
Exclusion Criteria
- •preoperative radio\- or chemotherapy
- •therapy with coricosteroids in week before operation
- •other operations in week before operation (except laparoscopy)
- •liver cirrhosis Child B or C
