Extraction of maxillary and mandibular first premolar extraction
Periodontally sound dentition
Not having analgesics during study period
Exclusion Criteria
Cases requiring orthognathic surgery
History of medical and system illness
Congenital orofacial deformities
Previous history of orthodontic treatment
