Inclusion Criteria
1.Belonging to (American society of anesthesiologist physical status)ASA PS grade I/II
2.Scheduled for elective lower limb orthopaedic surgery receiving combined spinal and epidural anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
1.Local puncture site infection over spine
2.Spinal deformity
3.Signs and symptoms of raised intracranial tension
4.History of bleeding disorders or coagulopathy or platelet count <75000/cumm
5.History of coronary artery disease or arrhythmias
6.History of progressive neurological disease
